Refund Policy

14-day refund, no questions asked

If you are not happy with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To ask for a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or email us at support@bimcitydrop.com with the email you used to buy. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.

Subscriptions

For monthly or yearly plans, the same 14-day window applies to each charge. You can cancel anytime so you are not charged again; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid.

Failed models

If a paid model fails to generate, we will try again and, if it still fails, refund it automatically, without you having to ask.
