Every model is a native Revit file (.rvt) with walls, floors per level, roofs and terrain, generated from open data. Pay only when you need a bigger area or the Premium extras.

What you get in every model

Native Revit elementsWalls, floors per level and roofs you can edit, not imported masses.
Terrain and real heightsToposolid terrain and measured building heights where we have LiDAR (San Antonio first).
GeoreferencedReal coordinates and true north. Streets, sidewalks, parks and water are coming next.
Feet or metersRevit 2026+ templates with levels, views and sheets set up.

Pay per model

Up to 50 acres: free (2 models a week, 3 with a .edu email).
50 to 250 acres: $10 per extra 50 acres.
250 to 1,000 acres: $5 per extra 50 acres.
Premium: $15 per model — sheets, schedules, sun study and rendered views (aerial, street and sunset).
Students: 30% off areas and Premium with a verified .edu email.
Minimum charge: $5 per purchase.

Available from our public launch on January 11, 2027. Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Unused acres do not roll over.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles taxes, invoices and refunds. We never see or store your card.
